First-time setup and onboarding

When you first log in, Qlix runs a setup wizard so you can start planning quickly.

School teachers

The wizard asks for your academic year name, working days, timetable cycle (one week or two-week rotation), and sessions per day. It creates your day structure without bell times - you add start times and durations later.

Private tutors

Choose private tutor during onboarding. Qlix sets up a flexible, hour-based diary instead of a fixed school timetable. You do not need two-week rotations or a full school day structure.

After the wizard

You land on today’s day calendar. A welcome dialog offers a short app tour of the sidebar, academic year switcher, date controls, and your daily timetable.

Made a mistake during setup?

Open Settings from your profile menu. Use the tabs at the bottom to update school details, classes, responsibilities, and day structures. If you are still stuck, contact support from the in-app chat or email support@qlixapp.com from the address you registered with.
