Add bell times and day structures

Onboarding creates your session names and timetable structure, but not bell times. Until you add them, periods may show placeholder times.

Add bell times

1. Open your academic year from the sidebar year switcher.

2. Choose Manage day structures (or follow the get-started step Add your bell times).

3. For each day structure, set a start time and duration for every session.

4. Save - your day and week calendars update immediately.

Variable day lengths

Schools often use different bell schedules on different days. Create multiple day structures (for example Monday vs Friday) and assign them to the correct weekdays in your academic year overview.

Two-week timetables

If you use Week A / Week B, configure both weeks in your timetable editor under the academic year. Classes are placed on the correct week and day.
