Use the class planning timeline

Every class has a Planning tab - a horizontal timeline from the start of the year to the end.

What you see

Each scheduled lesson appears in order. Empty slots show where you still need plans. Cancelled or moved lessons reflect the same data as your day calendar.

When to use it

• Check how far ahead you are planned for 9B before parents’ evening.

• Reorder or push lessons after absence without flipping calendar pages.

• Spot gaps in your scheme before assessment week.

Same data, different lens

Edits on the timeline update the day diary automatically, and vice versa. Pick the view that matches the question you are asking.
