Push, pull, and reschedule lessons

Qlix keeps one schedule behind both your day calendar and each class planning timeline. Reschedule from whichever view fits the job.

Class planning timeline

Open a class → Planning to see the whole term for that group. Drag lessons, or use push and pull actions when a day is disrupted.

Push lessons forward

When a lesson did not happen and you want to defer it, Push moves the plan to the next eligible slot and cascades later plans forward. Pinned lessons are skipped automatically.

Pull lessons backward

Pull unschedules the current lesson and moves later plans back one slot until a gap appears. Lesson content is preserved - only placement changes.

Reorder on the timeline

Drag lessons to new positions when you need a manual swap. Changes appear on the correct date in your day diary.

Edit timetable slots

To change when a class normally meets (not just one lesson), go to Settings → Classes, select the class, and edit teaching times in the timetable grid.
