Reset your password

  1. On the login page, choose Reset your password and enter your email.

  2. Check your inbox (and spam) for a verification code.

  3. Enter the code and your new password on Qlix, then sign in again.

Change your email

Open Account in settings, choose Change email, confirm with your password or a one-time code, then verify the new address. Your plans stay on the same account.

Export your data

Go to Settings and use Export data to download your lesson plans as CSV for spreadsheets. Export regularly if you want a personal archive.

Security and backups

Qlix runs in modern browsers and mobile apps. Data is backed up daily with off-site copies. We are GDPR compliant - see the privacy policy on the website for details.

Maintenance

Routine maintenance is usually Saturday 00:00–03:00 UTC for up to one hour.
