Qlix is a teaching workspace that keeps your timetable, lesson plans, resources, markbooks, community, and AI assistants in one place - on web and mobile.

Main areas of the app

  • Calendar - your day, week, and month views for lessons, meetings, duties, and tasks.

  • Classes - everything for a teaching group: lessons, planning timeline, students, reporting, seating plans, and class AI.

  • Library - reusable lesson plans and activities you can link into new lessons.

  • AI Assistant - context-aware help while you plan and teach.

  • Feed and Groups - connect with colleagues, share resources, and follow education news.

  • Notes - quick notes that can feed into AI context when you choose.

Your first week

  1. Complete the onboarding wizard when you first sign up.

  2. Add at least one class and open a lesson from your calendar.

  3. Set bell times so your day view shows accurate session times.

  4. Write or import a lesson plan from the library.

  5. Try the AI assistant from a lesson or class page.

After onboarding, follow the blue Get started banner at the top of the app - it walks you through the most useful first steps.
