Academic years and switching between years

Each academic year has its own timetable, classes, and planning. Switch years from the selector at the top of the sidebar.

Create a new year

When a year ends, create the next academic year from the sidebar or academic years page. You can import structure from a previous year or from a colleague’s shared structure.

Import a shared structure

School ambassadors can share an academic year structure link. Import it to copy day structures, timetable patterns, and school terms without rebuilding from scratch.

Terms and future planning

If you cannot plan in a future term, the term may not be added yet. Check Settings → School for configured terms and contact your school ambassador to add missing dates.

Moving schools

To transfer lesson plans to a new account, create the new account and ask support to migrate data. For security, you must confirm the transfer from your original account email before migration completes.
